I put a Kateyz Prowler on my Gibson Scruggs and got better sound than the original equipment - just a generic Gibson lightweight that actually had a slant toward the frets. It got to the point where I started contemplating selling the whole thing, giving up on the project of using a banjo as accompaniment for my singing. Also, David is an excellent person to deal with!
