So? [ #2020 ] moves south. All good.
As the massive sewage spill into the Brazos moved through the Baylor campus in the river, the fecal matter "parts per million" actually decreased on the Baylor campus as it flowed past the stadium. That is how much poop is usually present on the campus on a regular basis. The sewage spill was, in a sense, cleansing for that portion of the campus.

Played golf this morning with a recently retired Baylor alum who grew up in Waco and was on the field & track team back at the end of Teaff's days. He was the complete opposite of the cult of Briles' disciples. Incredibly, he said the rape culture mess that Briles left behind was something that had existed for years at Baylor prior to his arrival.

consider that teaff's s&c coach was sued for providing steroids to a basketball who ended up dying from complications of marfan's syndrome, then of course we had the small issue with one team mate killing another and the head coach involved in the cover up, and yeah.....this crap isn't new at baylor

I know a Baylor alumnus that says Baylor has always sold the school to parents as a 4 year church camp where the kids didn’t drink, smoke, do drugs, have sex…. So if students aren’t having sex the school can’t admit there is rape. Briles just took advantage of a terrible culture.

This was prior to Bliss' arrival, but Bliss was doing similar stuff at SMU. It really does make you wonder whether Baylor since joining the Big 12 has ever considered the idea of running a clean athletic department.
