Sounds like you’re gonna be ruining some perfectly good margaritas. That’s almost as bad as pumpkin pancakes.
Pshaw! Fresh-squeezed grapefruit and Hornito's Anjeo were practically made for each other. Doesn't even need simple syrup. Just a dash of Topo Chico on top and a lime squeeze, and you've got a fine cocktail.

You wouldn't like my margaritas, either: Hornitos Anjeo, fresh squeezed lime juice (preferably Valley limes), garnished with four skewered garlic-stuffed olives, and a dash of the olive brine. Delicious! (Concoction shamelessly stolen from Garcias in Matamoros)

At the Hood Co Stampede. Not a mask in the entire place except the four Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders standing out in the middle of the arena. This is a good time. Was hoping I wouldn’t have to be watching TCU on the phone but it’s all good.

Ha! I was there too! When we parked it was 10-7 and when I got home I saw it was 17-7...wth??

The cheerleaders passed us in an ATV on their way in and weren't wearing masks. Noticed that half those kids drinking were nowhere near 21...gotta love small town America.

Ummm, I’m right down the street in Circle C. I’ll be right over. And at 49 years old with advanced onset DadBod, I can confirm I can still water ski (slalom) and wakeboard.

In all seriousness, just drenched some tenderized inside skirt steak in my special marinade. I’ll let them soak for about 6 hours. Gonna be serving some seriously good fajitas for the game. First IPA about to be popped.

Come on anytime, man! No worries, at 36 I only wakesurf and ski now. I got tired of wakeboarding and hitting the water going 20-30 mph. 8-12 mph is more my speed now.

Did you stay for the free-style bullfighting? To my way of thinking there’s not much separation between that and the games in the Roman coliseum.

I am in TX and went to Whataburger the other day and ate 2 double meat Whataburgers, a Mushroom Swiss burger, a patty melt and sweet and spicy bacon burger all in one sitting

Gotta do what you gotta do when you don't live in a Whataburger state
When did you get out of the hospital?

Good morning! Sun is shining, birds chirping, cows complaining...

Made it to the final. Nothing really to lose. Yesterday was a big game, and the kids came through. One hopes that relief, and confidence, carries over to this afternoon.

On the menu: Spiced chicken on the grill, with roasted onions and peppers. Fresh corn, roasted. Grapefruit Margaritas. All preceded by plenty of time marinating in the pool...
Pretty sure I hate you.
But only cuz I’m not there.

Codigo Rosa makes a tasty grapefruit margarita as well
