GoFrogs: Soccer Announces 2021 Schedule

FORT WORTH – TCU head coach Eric Bell has announced the 2021 women's soccer schedule. The 18 game schedule features 10 home contests and eight road matches. TCU is coming off its first-ever Big 12 regular season championship and an appearance in the Elite 8 of the NCAA Tournament.

The Horned Frogs will open the season with a road match at SFA on Aug. 19.

TCU opens up its home slate with a three game homestand starting Aug. 22 against NCAA Tournament participant Texas A&M. UTRGV heads to Garvey-Rosenthal on Aug. 29. The homestand concludes Sept. 2 with a match against Colorado.

The Frogs hit the road for three straight starting Sept. 5 at Pittsburgh. A trip to Tuscaloosa, Ala. follows for a match against Alabama on Sept. 9. The road trip ends with a match against NCAA Tournament participant Ohio State on Sept. 12.

Pepperdine makes its way to campus on Sept. 16. Big 12 play starts with two straight home games against Kansas (Sept. 23) and Baylor (Sept. 26).

After a brief road trip to Austin to take on Texas (Sept. 30), TCU returns to Garvey-Rosenthal for another three game homestand. The Frogs will play its final non-conference game on Oct. 3 against Houston. Oklahoma heads to town Oct. 7. The homestand wraps up on Oct. 10 against NCAA Tournament participant Oklahoma State.

TCU will play three of its final four regular season games away from home. The Frogs will face West Virginia (Oct. 14) and Iowa State (Oct. 17) on the road. The final home game of the season is set for Oct. 22 against Kansas State while the regular season ends at Texas Tech (Oct. 28).

The Big 12 Tournament will have a new home in 2021 as it shifts to Round Rock, Texas. The quarterfinals are slated for Oct. 31 followed by the semifinals on Nov. 5 and the championship game on Nov. 7.
